Mountain bike routes and recreation around the region of Murcia

The stay in Murcia will be a whole week from Monday to Sunday, starting at the AIRPORT OF SAN JAVIER, where you will pick up and taken up to the end of the trip. You will be accommodated in bungalows in a camping 15 minutes away from the city of Murcia, with all the services.

The schedule will be as it is shown below:

Monday: Meeting at the airport, picking up and hosting, welcome lunch and taking our first route at dust. Night bicycle ride with bike lights (getting to the peak Rejojero 600mts. It is situated in the Carrascoy Valley nature reserve.)

Tuesday: Getting to the seaside by cars. Our route will start at Calblanque natural reserve, we will end the route in La Manga del Mar Menor where you will enjoy a unique spot in the world.

Wednesday: Noroeste Green Route, finishing at Caravaca de la Cruz. Caravaca de la Cruz is a holy place, famous for the four-winds cross. The unique Veracruz is one out of five in the whole world.

We will stop along the Green Route, the old railway, for a rest and a delicious typical meal.

Thursday: We will leave from the camping with the bike to the Majal Blanco Natural Reserve, (these mountains can be spotted from the camping area).

In the evening we will enjoy a horse riding.

Friday: Going to the Archena Spa!! It is located in a beautiful way around the Segura Lowlands and the cultivation area. Archena with one of the best thermal spring in Europe, you can enjoy the healing effects of its mineral-medical water.

Saturday: Leisure time around the beautiful city of Murcia where you can visit several museums, enjoy the architecture and shopping centres. Later on make sure you don’t miss a visit to a typical bar or pub, Murcia night life!  

Sunday: You can have some rest and back to the airport.

This trip includes:

Full room and board, bicycles, water, carbonated soft drinks, bike replacement parts, transport, Spa entrance ticket (Friday). Horse riding and travel insurance.

It is not included:

Night party on Saturday and whatever is not in the list of «this trip includes».
